When I first entered his home I thought it was beautiful, but after he pointed out some of the practical details that designer and architect Benjamin Hall included, I couldn’t help but be in awe. Benjamin Hall turned a decade-old urban infill lot into six of the most beautifully functional studios I’ve ever seen. Function, in Benjamin’s mind, drives everything. “When you take the time to evaluate a material for it’s physical properties, an explosion of possibilities become apparent.” This thought process is evident both inside and out at White Stone. Everywhere I looked I was delighted by small yet thoughtful touches. There are cutouts in the counter (which functions as both a dining area and work space) that allow access to plugs for electronics. The art hanging system allows occupants to place art wherever they’d like without damage to the walls. The mail slot outside the front door has a space to stash a few things if your hands are full.

The best kept hidden secret in all of Phoenix. The landlord Benjamin is an architecture god. These homes are stunning. 100% recommend to rent here if a unit is available.

White Stone Studios is an incredible place to live. The property is maintained very well, the location is excellent and the landlord is responsive and an overall great person! If a unit is available for rent, snatch it up! You won’t regret it. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Living at White Stone Studios was an amazing experience.
The units are thoughtfully designed with details you won't find anywhere else. One of my favorite features is the atrium, it provides an ample amount of natural light throughout the day and lights up at night. These units already come with plenty of furnishings that allow you to keep it scaled down and simple or add your personal touch. You can go outside to use the private patio and extend your living space, so it feels more like a home than an apartment. I loved my experience there and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely adored this space!!! The design, the amenities, the neighborhood - White Stone Studios in unlike any other place I’ve lived! I enjoyed the soaking tub, the glass walled shower, the vanity space, it just was the perfect place to live simply yet beautifully! Ben is a wonderful landlord and attentive to the property. I highly recommend this apartment and community!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my two years spent at White Stone. As an admirer of architecture and design the experience was a stimulus. Tenants of White Stone can't help but be submerged in the architect/ owner/ property manager's unparalleled attention to detail. The unit is expertly crafted to provide everything from exact dosages of natural light to temperature regulation from the thoughtful use of building materials. White Stone provides an unexpected feeling of minimalist opulence within a micro dwelling which is thoughtfully positioned in the comfortable paseos of downtown Phoenix.
