Architecturally savvy, great floor to ceiling windows on the second floor which makes it seem much larger than it is, great views from the atrium to the stars.  Artistic elements inside and outside the unit.  Plenty of working space in the kitchen and a fun place to entertain.

Real wow!  Friends and relatives applauded the modern aspects and clever design.  The ‘white stone’ was not only architecturally elegant but greatly reduced utility bills.  Very reasonable utilities. 

The shower is the best! Best part of the unit.  It was like an outdoor shower with the privacy you want inside.  Clever built in storage throughout.  Lush landscaping in the atrium for indoor and outdoor living. It truly is like living in a piece of art.

DescriptioThe White Stone Flats are a designer’s dream rental. Ben, the architect and owner, has curated these apartments for equal parts beauty and efficiency. Even though the footprint is small, you won’t find the space lacking in storage or essentials. Floor to ceiling glass lets in natural light but not the desert heat, and the size and shape of the light well makes for a rare kind of windows-open privacy. My favorite feature was the shower that opens into the internal garden- like every day is a tropical spa vacation. The neighborhood is close enough to downtown to walk to most places, but just far enough away have a quiet, wave-hello-to-your-neighbors feel. Ben was the best, most attentive landlord I’ve had in 10+ years of renting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique urban living experience in downtown Phoenix.n text goes here

Description text goes hereThe White Stone Flats are super special. I lived in the West unit for 2 years and loved my time there. Every single detail in these units is so well thought through, and the materials are all top notch. The white brick is gorgeous inside and out, and the landscaping and the way the property is kept up is so well done. One of my favorite features was the rain shower with a door that opens up to your own little desert environment. The neighborhood is also fantastic and always getting better, with Grand avenue being a 5 minute walk away and getting some of the best restaurants in the valley. Can't recommend these flats enough!!
